Our Story
Born From Challenge. Built On Faith. Focused On The Future!
The Talent Management Hub (TTMHUB) wasn’t built during a season of ease, it was born out of one of the most challenging chapters of our founder’s life.
In 2019, Lara Dowell found herself facing wave after wave of personal and professional disruption. What had once felt secure; her career, community, and creative spaces, began to fall away in rapid succession. Yet, in the midst of deep loss and life-altering transitions, something powerful began to take shape.
It was a spiritual turning point. Guided by faith and sustained by grace, Lara began leaning more intentionally into the emotional intelligence practices she had been teaching for years, only now, they became a lifeline. As life demanded resilience, Lara found herself not only surviving but rising, and still showing up to coach, support, and lead others through their own workplace challenges.
That experience didn’t just shape her, it refined her purpose.
By 2024, Lara brought together a circle of long-trusted professionals who shared her heart for people, her commitment to growth, and her belief that leadership must evolve with the world around us. Together, they formed The Talent Management Hub (TTMHUB), a space where therapy, coaching, wellness, emotional intelligence, and culture transformation come together to support real people in real-world leadership.
Today, TTMHUB is a future-focused, human-centered business that believes the best leaders are not just skilled, they’re self-aware, spiritually grounded, and well.

Lara Dowell is a certified coach, accredited GCologist, and multidisciplinary people strategist with an academic foundation in Behavioural Sciences and extensive experience in Human Resources. With over a decade spent supporting leaders and teams, across HR advisory, leadership development, performance management, and organizational transformation, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and creative problem-solving to every partnership.
Driven by the belief that better leaders create better workspaces, Lara founded The Talent Management Hub, a space where growth feels both human and intentional. Through TTMHUB, she integrates her deep HR expertise with coaching and data-driven development tools to help leaders and their teams thrive in an AI-enabled world. Guided by her core values of Fun, Authenticity, Integrity, and Respect, Lara embodies a dynamic balance of heart and strategy, empowering others to lead with awareness, compassion, and courage while creating workspaces where people can truly flourish.
Shane Gibson is a highly effective and passionate Behaviour Change Specialist. He is dedicated to transforming entire organizations from the inside out through comprehensive assessments and data informed consulting, supplemented by executive coaching, performance training, and therapeutic interventions. With over a decade of experience, Shane specializes in guiding leaders and teams through impactful cultural transformations that are strategically aligned with organizational vision, ensuring long-term growth and success.
Allan Cunningham is a Civil and Structural Engineer, Certified Life and Mental Health Coach, and Leadership Trainer whose career unites technical excellence with faith-driven service. A Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago, Allan provides coaching, training, and consultancy across the built environment. As a Shepherd in the Port of Spain Church of Christ, he has spent more than thirty years mentoring leaders, couples, and professionals toward purpose, resilience, and authentic leadership. His philosophy, to serve with truth, hope, and transformation, shapes his work in coaching, ministry, and education. Through his book Transitions: Life, Spirituality, and Career, Allan shares lessons from a life that bridges engineering precision, biblical wisdom, and human compassion, inspiring others to live and lead with integrity.
Anya Sliepchenko is a professional psychologist and mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, teens, couples, and families across the U.S. and Europe. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and pursued PhD studies in Mental Health Counseling in Portland, Oregon, USA. Anya integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, and Group Counseling to help clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and others. She is passionate about helping leaders and their families move beyond survival toward healing and wholeness, creating a safe and compassionate space for genuine transformation.
Snezhana Volokh is a psychologist and art therapist with over a decade of experience helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Since 2012, she has supported adults navigating stress, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Art Therapy. Her work also includes leading group programs and trauma recovery workshops for children and teens affected by war in Ukraine. With a Master’s in Psychology and specialized training in trauma therapy, art therapy, and coaching, Snezhana brings empathy, deep listening, and a heart for transformation to every session, helping others move from pain to possibility
As your trusted HR partner, Nicholette Johnson brings over 20 years of hands-on and strategic HR experience to help you lead with confidence and clarity. She knows the realities of managing people, performance, and growth, and she’s here to make it easier. From hiring the right talent to designing fair policies, resolving conflicts, building strong teams, and ensuring business continuity through robust succession planning, Nicholette helps you handle HR without the headache. Her mission is simple: to take the HR load off your plate so you can focus on what matters most: leading your business forward.
Daya Ottley is a voice communication coach who helps people learn to speak with confidence and make their voices stand out. He once led voice coordination for a big international non-profit’s broadcast service, showing his skill in helping messages sound powerful and clear. Daya currently coaches people from the U.S. and the Caribbean, like CEOs, entrepreneurs, and speakers, on how to use their voices to connect with others and make a strong impression. His goal is to help anyone overcome fear of public speaking and learn how to “own the room” when they talk.
