For Individuals & One-Off Sessions:
Full payment due upfront to secure your session or package.
Payment confirms your booking and allows us to prepare the best experience possible.
Reschedules require at least 24–48 hours’ notice (depending on your contract).
For Businesses & Retainer Clients:
We offer two flexible options based on the scope and duration of services:
Pay-Per-Project
Ideal for workshops, team-building sessions, or short-term HR support.
50% deposit to confirm the project.
- 25% due at the start of the project.Â
- 25% due upon completion or final delivery
- Adjustments may be made for larger engagements (multi-phase projects)
Monthly Retainer or Coaching Packages
Perfect for ongoing HR consulting, coaching, or team development.
- Monthly invoices sent at the start of each month
- Payment due within 10 business days
- We offer quarterly and annual plans at a discounted rate for longer-term partnerships
Cancellations & Refunds:
We understand that things can change—but once work has begun, a refund is not guaranteed. Your payment secures time, resources, and planning that often starts well before the service date.
If something comes up, we’ll always aim to reschedule or adjust your plan where possible, but refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, not as a default.
